Sofía Cañizares Tinto is a smooth, medium-bodied red with ripe fruit, soft tannins, and harmonious oak influence, perfect for chilling.
Produced from hand-selected red grapes, fermented in stainless steel, and aged briefly in oak barrels to enhance structure and aroma complexity.
Ruby red with garnet reflections, showing aromas of red berries, plum, and subtle spices. The palate is smooth, medium-bodied, and elegant with a lingering finish.
Pairs well with roasted meats, grilled lamb, game, and mature cheeses.
