How booking works

Nothing is final until we have confirmed the date with you.

    Pick one of the three, and the number of guests.

  2. Pick a date

    Monday to Saturday, in the snug or at your home or office.

  3. We confirm it

    We confirm the date with you within two working days.

Days with an event in the shop are not available; the booking form shows you which.

Which days can we book?

Monday to Saturday, as long as there is no event in the shop that day.
What if we need to change the date?

Move it free of charge up to 14 days before. Inside 14 days we will do our best, and if we cannot move it the booking becomes a gift card for the full amount.
Can you work around dietary requirements?

Yes. Tell us about any dietary requirements when you book.
Is the snug step-free?

Yes. The snug and its toilet are step-free.
Can we buy the wines we taste?

Yes, with 10% off any wine you tasted, on the night.
