How to Order

  • Orders can be placed online via this website.
  • You can review and modify your shopping basket before finalizing your order.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are usually processed the next business day.
  • Your order is only accepted once payment is processed and confirmed via email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.
  • All products are subject to availability.

Products

  • If a product is unavailable, we will contact you for a replacement, refund, or alternative arrangement.

Delivery

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • We are not liable for incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Age-restricted items may not be delivered to a neighbor or left in a safe place.
  • Delivery attempts occur up to 2 times; after that, the order is returned to us.
  • You are responsible for the products upon delivery.
  • We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or outside the UK.
  • PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery.

Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect may be available.
  • Orders must be paid online before collection.
  • Collection is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, by prior agreement.

Prices

  • All prices include UK VAT.
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
  • Prices, promotions, and offers are subject to change before an order is accepted.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you with options to cancel or proceed at the correct price.
  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal, American Express, Mastercard, Visa.

Returns and Cancellations

  • We provide full refunds or replacements for faulty products.
  • Faulty bottles may need to be returned at your cost.
  • Orders can be canceled within 1 working day after delivery.
  • Returned products must be in a saleable condition.
  • Refunds exclude delivery charges and are issued via the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned products.

Complaints

  • Complaints are acknowledged within 48 working hours and resolved within 72 working hours.

Our Responsibility for Loss or Damage

  • We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of legal obligations.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Unforeseeable loss or damage.
    • Loss or damage not caused by our breach.
    • Business or non-consumer losses.

General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
  • Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts unless you reside in Scotland.
  • We may transfer our rights under these terms to another organization without affecting your rights.

Voucher Usage

  • Vouchers have no cash value and are not for resale.
  • Expiry dates are specified on vouchers.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel vouchers at any time.

Promotional Offers, Subscriptions, and Memberships

  • Promotional offers and subscriptions are subject to additional terms.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or change offers at any time.

Events & Bookings

  • Events must be booked in advance.
  • Payment must be cleared before the event unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation and rebooking policies:
    • 7+ days before event: Full refund minus processing fees or free rebooking.
    • 48 hours – 5 days before event: 50% refund or rebooking for £5 per person.
    • 24 hours or less before event: No refund, 50% rebooking fee.
    • Bookings can only be rescheduled twice.

Givino in Scotland

  • Pricing complies with the Alcohol Scotland Act 2010 and Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012.
  • Multi-buy discounts do not apply in Scotland.

How We Use Your Personal Information

    • We use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Email contact preference changes may take up to 28 days to take effect.
