At Givino we take immense pride in supporting local charities and community initiatives across Frome. We also receive around 20 requests a month for prizes, gifts or donations, and if we said yes to every one, we would not be in business for long.
So that every request is treated the same way, we check each one against five questions. You can answer them yourself below before you write to us.
We can only offer a gift, prize or donation when the answer to all five is yes.

Does it have a positive impact on the residents of Frome?
Can you send documentation that proves you are a real charity?
For example, your Charity Commission registration number.
Are you a regular customer, in our shop or online?
Regular means one purchase a week or more.
Has it been more than 12 months since Givino last gave you a gift or prize?
Choose yes if we have never given you one.
