TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright wine with a lime green colour. Floral aromas and fresh citrus notes. Balanced, persistent, with excellent acidity and freshness.
The harvest took place in early September. After careful selection, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The wine is stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.
Ready to drink. Ideal for everyday sharing. Pairs well with light, fresh dishes such as salads, seafood, and appetizers, as well as fruit-based desserts.
