TASTING NOTES
With violet hues, this 100% Touriga Franca sparkling wine has fine, persistent bubbles. Its aroma is intense and strong, with a floral touch reminiscent of rose and fruity blackberry, as well as notes of yeast and toasted bread. Ideal to accompany traditional Portuguese dishes, grilled meats and roasts, particularly suckling pig and goat.
In order to enjoy all the qualities of this wine, it should be served at a temperature of around 6ºC-8ºC.
