Pocketful Of Stones Cider Brandy is crafted by a small-scale producer on the Cornish coast, using locally sourced apples and traditional methods. This artisanal approach captures the essence of the English countryside while delivering a modern twist on a classic spirit.
After double distillation in their copper pot still, Jackson, the spirit is matured in a variety of oak casks by the sea. This coastal ageing imparts depth and character, creating a smooth, flavourful brandy.
The nose offers fresh apple aromas with hints of pear and citrus for a lively, inviting character. The palate reveals baked apple, toffee, and subtle spice, balanced by a warm, rounded texture. The finish lingers gently, with soft sweetness and oak complexity.
