TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby color, with golden highlights. Its nose presents fine and complex aromas of black and red fruits, intense notes of dried herbs. On the palate it is vigorous, its dense tannins provide a strong structure and full body. Long finish with a delicious wild berry flavour.
The wine making took place between the first and second weeks of October, the grapes were destemmed and vinified according to the traditional Port wine method. Fermentation transforms the grapes’ natural sugar into alcohol, which takes place under controlled temperatures.
In the spring, the wines were selected for their profile and Vintage potential. The final blend was aged in French oak vats.
