Marfil Alella Generós Semi NV

Original preparation from a naturally sweet white wine to which a percentage is added of the solera of 1976 of the generous sec. It is made directly from the "soleras", without any kind of clarification or cold treatment that may alter the organoleptic characteristics. For that in these wines we can find sediments that do not affect their quality. Dark orange, deep mid-layer to amber color. Intense and mature nose with an oxidation aged, nuts, walnuts, nougat, leather and cedar wood. The palate has quite a touch of sweetness dry, but with good complexity and nuances, nuts, figs, dates and notes of walnut with one refreshing and warm alcohol sensation, and a long, ripe and deep finish.
