TASTING NOTES
Made from Arneis from a small plot in the Whitlands of northern Victoria, on the banks of the mighty Boggy Creek – Arneis being a lovely white grape of north Italian extraction.
Picked fresh and crunchy with its varietal citrus and almond characters, this has added complexity due to spending varying amounts of time on skins, before going into barrel. Five different batches spending 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days respectively fermenting on their skins.
It’s a great way to get texture, length and the skin contact bitter twist without going full orange/amber.
