TASTING NOTES
This wine has a crystalline aspect, citrine color with green hints, young and fruity aroma, where the white pulp notes notes predominates, citrines and tropical nuances.
Total destemming, skin maceration, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC. 50% of the wine fermented in French oak barrels.
Pairs well with Mediterranean fish dishes, white meats, light charcuterie and soft cheeses.
