Foraster is Binifadet's most Mediterranean white wine. Balanced, restrained and with personality. A profound wine that deserves to accompany a special moment and pay attention to how it evolves as we pour the next glass. Foraster is the wine for those who enjoy discovering new treasures to share with their loved ones.
Manual harvest. Cold skin maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel at 17ºC. Work with lees for 6 months. The Giró Ros variety has 6 months of passage in French oak barrels.
