Bailly Lapierre Crémant de Bourgogne Réserve Brut N.V.

An elegant and refined sparkling wine, with apple, pear and grapefruit character, and hints of buttered toast. A “Blanc de Blancs” made exclusively from white Chardonnay grapes.

The grapes for the Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay brut by Bailly Lapierre come from the best locations in the Burgundy region. The cultivation is done using sustainable methods that optimally bring out the quality and typical characteristics of the Chardonnay grape. The grapes are handpicked to select only the best fruits for further vinification. After harvesting, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which ensure a gentle and elegant fermentation. Following the primary fermentation, the secondary fermentation in the bottle is initiated, which gives the Crémant its fine sparkle. The aging lasts for a minimum of 12 months, allowing the wine to gain complexity and finesse. This careful processing ensures that the Crémant de Bourgogne Chardonnay brut by Bailly Lapierre is both stylish and outstanding in taste.
