TASTING NOTES
The wine has a lot of freshness, aromatically the fruit notes are involved in a discreet presence of the barrel where it partially fermented. In the mouth it is smooth, with a refreshing acidity. It has a long aftertaste.
Manual harvest, fermented part in stainless steel tank and 20% in French oak barrels.
Harmonizes perfectly with fish dishes, some white meats, cheeses and apple pie.
