TASTING NOTES
Pale straw in colour with a faint green hue. The nose is lifted and aromatic with pear, red apple, and lime zest, complemented by subtle notes of white blossom, honeysuckle, and a touch of musk. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with flavours of pear, green apple, and citrus, a fine mineral thread, and hints of dried herbs. Light-bodied yet textural, with crunchy acidity and a long, precise finish with lingering citrus, pear skin, and a subtle saline edge.
Perfect with seafood, oysters, prawns, and fresh salads. Also excellent alongside light pasta, Asian dishes, goat's cheese, and grilled fish.
