A delightfully fresh, dry white blend made from Bacchus, Ortega and Pinot Blanc. Culver Hill is our estate blend and brings out the best elements of all three varieties. Bringing structure and richness to the mid palate, bright citrus notes depth depth and complexity. Aromas of Braeburn apple, honeysuckle and nectarine with subtle minerality on the palate, a well balanced acidity and a clean finish. Ideal as an apéritif wine or alongside a broccoli and tomato quiche, a risotto primavera and even a spaghetti alle vongole, a delicious Italian dish with clams that calls for white wine both in it and to indulge in alongside
