TASTING NOTES
A full and rounded style whilst preserving the fresh fruit and perfumed character of Bacchus. Dry, unoaked, textured and with balanced acidity, this is a uniquely English wine.
Clear lemon gold with green hues. Poached pear, sweet lime, and elderflower cordial on the nose. A luscious and textured mouthfeel is balanced by a fresh acidity showing gooseberry fool, nectarine, and herbaceous nettle and mint on the palate.
