TASTING NOTES
Herbal and slate-spicy notes on the nose with apple, some yeast, caraway seeds and stone fruit. Juicy and fresh on the palate with sweet fruit in a good balance, fine phenolics and minerality dress the palate, flows nicely onto the finish.
Harvested from the Erdener vineyards of Treppchen and Herrenberg, this wine impresses with its delicate character, perfectly combining minerality with a subtle residual sweetness. A great wine to pair with Asian cuisine or as a truly enjoyable solo wine.
