Bright citrus color with light straw tones, reflecting its time in oak. The nose is fresh and expressive, combining citrus and white fruit aromas with delicate floral notes and subtle toasted nuances from well-integrated oak. On the palate, the wine shows vibrant natural acidity and a fine mineral character. It is balanced and textured, with good volume and a persistent, elegant finish.
Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure balance and expression. Vinification takes place in 500L French oak barrels under controlled temperature, followed by a short period of ageing on fine lees for added texture and complexity.
Aged for 6 months in a combination of new and used French oak barrels.
