TASTING NOTES
Produced exclusively with the Touriga Nacional grape variety, it’s a wine with great varietal character, aromas of red fruits, ripe black fruits and floral notes. Although intense and expressive, it’s a fresh and elegant wine, which gives great satisfaction while young and vibrant. Some sweet notes from the partial barrel aging. Good evolution in bottle.
The fermentation is made in the historic granitic lagares with the traditional feet treading process, with controlled temperature. Maceration for 10 days with skin contact.
