TASTING NOTES
Full nose of intense and inviting aromas of dark berries, cocoa, and tobacco. Full-bodied, with firm tannins, softened by acidity. Luscious and enveloping palate.
A careful vinification was taken in small batches under unique maturation conditions, occurring a natural over-ripening. The final blend is made of the best wines. Aged for 12 months in new 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by 24 months in the bottle.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged in new 500-liter French oak barrels for 24 months. After this period, the wine is stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and a further 24 months in the bottle.
