With a beautiful straw-yellow color and intense aromas, it presents attractive floral and green fruit nuances. Smooth and balanced palate. Rich wine with a complexity that comes from a careful aging.
100% manual harvesting, for boxes with an average capacity of 800 kg. Destemming and crushing, direct pressing, 24 hours of decanting, use of selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 15 days with temperature control between 12 and 14 degrees.
