TASTING NOTES
Well-defined intense ruby color, showing the quality of the selected wines. Intense aromas of ripe fruit refined by aging in wood during its natural aging process. Rich and full-bodied, it reveals a good balance.
The wine making took place between the first and second weeks of October. The grapes were destemmed and vinified according to the traditional Port method. Fermentation, which transforms the grapes’ natural sugar into alcohol, takes place under controlled temperatures.
The final blend is obtained after a rigorous selection of wines with unique characteristics and ages of between 2 and 3 years that allow them to maintain their unique identity and an average age of 3 years.
