TASTING NOTES
Bright light pink color, fruity and rich aroma with hints of red fruit and light toast. In the mouth it is smooth and fruity, ending with a long and elegant finish.
The grapes were pressed very gently. The must obtained after a careful clarification was slowly fermented at a low temperature. The base wine follows for the second fermentation by the classic method of fermentation in bottle.
Perfect choice for a moment of celebration, whether as an aperitif with a starter, a fish dish or ending with a fresh fruit dessert.
