TASTING NOTES
This is a classic Adelaide Hills Shiraz that pays respect to the great Adelaide Hills style, rich berry fruit, cassis and a leathery chocolatey nose. The palate is soft and gentle with a firm dry finish and a lingering earthy note.
Beautifully fruited and inviting, the bouquet shows Black Doris plum, rich floral, hazelnut and toasted spice aromas, followed by a fruit-forward palate displaying supple texture and silky tannins. Charming and delightfully rounded with plenty of tasty flavours. At its best: now to 2032.
