TASTING NOTES
The Cortese grape produces Italy's finest Gavi, but sitting outside the Gavi DOCG, it's known by its varietal name, Cortese. Loved for its freshness, the Cortese grape produces a light and elegant white wine with gentle citrus and stone fruit aromatics. The finish is dry and refreshing and pairs nicely with fish and white meats.
