TASTING NOTES
Jose Pariente Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow colour with greenish hues. On the nose it has an exceptional combination of vegetable notes and exotic fruits, hints of freshly cut grass and a notes of minerality. In the mouth it has a fresh clean elegance typical of Sauvignon Blanc. This is a very intense wine, structured, persistent and rounded. Ideal with all kinds of shellfish, fresh cheese and serrano ham.
