TASTING NOTES
This gin allows us to create a joke out of nothing more than an apostrophe. Drink whenever the metaphorical sky is grey (or, if you insist, ‘gray’), the leaves are brown and you’re passing a church along the way. Or anytime really.
Girolle mushrooms provide a light fruity and peppery note with a hint of apricot, paired with the delicate earthy woody notes of patchouli which lingers at the back of the mouth.
Oregano enhances these savoury herbaceous notes whilst balancing out the coriander and lemon peel, adding a layer of spice.
