Andrew Will Winery’s Involuntary Commitment Columbia Valley blend is a rich and complex wine that is perfect for any occasion. This blend brings together a mix of Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes, creating a deep ruby colour and aromas of dark fruit and spice. On the palate, flavours of blackberry and cassis are enhanced by hints of oak and vanilla, and the tannins are firm and well-structured, creating a long and luxurious finish. This wine is ideal for complementing red meat dishes or enjoying on its own as a standalone indulgence. Overall, the Involuntary Commitment Columbia Valley is a delicious and sophisticated wine that is a testament to Andrew Will Winery’s dedication to quality winemaking.
