TASTING NOTES
Hacienda López de Haro Reserva Blanco 2018 is a mature, bright golden colored wine, lively and with grayish hues on the rim. In principle it is a wine with a medium-high intensity, with particularly striking floral notes and vanilla and sweet nuances. The palate is acidic and enveloping, very fine and elegant, silky and pleasant. Long and persistent finish.
The wine pairs extremely well with White fish, White meats, Rice dishes, Sushi, Cured cheeses, Oily fish, Smoked foods, Risottos and Seafood.
This blend of Viura and other white varieties (such as Malvasia, Tempranillo Blanco, Grenache Blanc and Torrontés) spends at least eighteen months in Eastern European oak barrels and another three years in bottles in the winery.
