Givino Rhubarb and Ginger Gin

Introducing our very first gin!

This project has been a true labor of love, crafted to celebrate exceptional flavor and local distillation. To create something unforgettable, we took Retribution Distillery’s Just Juniper Gin—celebrated for its crisp, classic botanical backbone—and elevated it with our own signature touch.

We painstakingly double-distilled fresh, vibrant rhubarb alongside aromatic ginger, blending the two spirits into one harmonious bottle. The sharp, nostalgic tartness of the rhubarb cuts through the rich juniper, while the ginger adds a cozy, creeping warmth that lingers pleasantly on the palate. The result is a wonderfully balanced gin that remains refreshingly dry rather than cloying, offering a rich profile of fruit, spice, and classic pine notes.

It is a remarkably versatile spirit that shines no matter how you choose to pour it. Mix it with a chilled Mediterranean tonic and a fresh slice of orange to let those delicate botanical and floral undertones sparkle. Alternatively, sip it neat over a single heavy ice cube to fully appreciate the handcrafted depth, smooth finish, and comforting spice of our inaugural batch.
