TASTING NOTES
A vibrant English sparkling wine with bright citrus notes and crisp freshness. It has a medium lemon colour and fine delicate bubbles. Attractive aromas of acacia blossom and lemon peel mingle with orchard fruits, including green apple and ripe pear plus mild brioche and subtle notes of pastry. On the palate it is deliciously crisp and dry with zest acidity and a lively mousse. Citrus flavours of lemon and yuzu marry greengage and mirabelle plum alongside exotic hints of kumquat and cashew nut. It shows a wonderful purity and saline minerality with a tangy finish.
