TASTING NOTES
An elegant food-friendly dry white wine from the summer of 2022.
Star-bright pale lemon hue and well-defined legs. It has pronounced aromas of ripe Cox's apples, yellow plum and hints of pineapple plus creamy notes of custard.
The palate is mellow and flavourful with a creamy texture and soft acidity. Flavours of Russet apple, quince and pineapple combine with hints of vanilla and creamed coconut on the finish. it has wonderful depth of flavour, great balance and a silky elegance.
