TASTING NOTES
Deep red colour with violet hints. The nose is rich and expressive, showing ripe red and black forest fruits, followed by delicate floral notes and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is smooth and well-balanced, with fine tannins and good volume. Fresh acidity brings vibrancy, while layers of dried fruit and subtle chocolate notes lead to a long, elegant finish with a hint of rose petal.
Grapes are sourced from the oldest vineyard parcels and harvested at optimal phenolic ripeness, parcel by parcel. Fermentation takes place in historic granite lagares with traditional foot treading, under controlled temperatures. A 10- day maceration ensures structure, color, and depth.
Aged for 12 months in second and third-year oak barrels, preserving fruit expression while adding subtle complexity.
