A balanced wine with a vibrant pink color and seductive aromas of berries, cherries, and flowers. On the palate, COS Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG is medium-bodied with excellent acidity and soft tannins, displaying flavors of juicy red fruits, spices, and a subtle earthy note. It has a long, lingering finish that pairs well with red meats, grilled vegetables, and aged cheeses.
Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico DOCG is a distinctive wine produced in the southern part of Sicily, specifically in the Vittoria region. The wine is made by blending two grape varieties – the indigenous Nero d'Avola and the lighter Frappato. This wine is a must-try for those seeking a premium Sicilian experience.
