TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas of ripe red berries, red fruit jam, blackcurrant, and subtle empyreumatic and balsamic notes. Fruity, smooth, well-structured, and with a long finish.
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28ºC. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle.
Pair with oven fish, grilled or stewed meat, game dishes and cured cheeses.
