The bouquet opens with aromas of white peach, brioche, citrus blossom, and roasted almonds, evolving towards subtle notes of vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate, it offers a creamy texture supported by crisp acidity and refined minerality, finishing long, elegant, and dry.
With an alcohol content of 12% and a dosage of approximately 8 g/L, Vieille France Brut delivers a perfectly balanced Brut style that unites structure, richness, and liveliness. The wine is aged for at least 30 months on the lees, allowing it to develop complexity and texture.
