TASTING NOTES
With the restless spirit that characterises the winery, Senyor Cartoixà vermell is born. A wine that is the result of the desire to recover those almost lost varieties that our ancestors told us about.
It is a golden wine, fresh very saline, with ample floral fragrances and white fruits that lead us to a unique sensory experience. Its palate, of intense freshness and a very good acidity offers us a very gastronomic wine that pairs very well with blue fish, oysters, or on its own by the glass.
A careful selection of grapes is made in the vineyard, harvesting in boxes, this wine is elaborated by two different vinification with its grape skins. Worked in this way to extract its maximum potential and complexity. El Senyor Cartoixà is a unique wine.
