TASTING NOTES
A dark garnet-colored Vinho Verde wine with notes of blackberry and blueberry. Intense, elegant, and with a long finish.
This Vinho Verde is produced exclusively with red grapes of the Vinhão variety.
The production method for this wine is a "Curtimenta" style process. This method consists of crushing the grapes in a small lagar (traditional stone trough) with foot treading and remontage (pumping over) of the must to extract the maximum color present in the grape skins.
It's a Vinho Verde with a typical, elegant and versatile style, perfect to enjoy with traditional Minho cuisine. Ideal to savor with a delicious suckling pig, pork stew or chicken giblet rice.
