Saffron Aged Gin is a rhapsody of fire and gold: juniper leads the charge with crisp confidence, while ginger and cardamom bring the heat. Orange adds a flash of mischief, and saffron weaves through it all smooth, warm, and utterly irresistible. Rested gently over white oak, it takes on a mellow richness that lingers long after the last sip.
Clean, complex, and a little bit daring, just as a Bustard should be.
