Brennan B2 Pinot Noir 2022

Ripe and tangy wine with aromas of sour cherry and violets, with tertiary flavours of mushroom and forest floor lingering in the background.

Brennan’s B2 Pinot Noir expresses some of the best value wine from its region of Central Otago by aiming to capture the bright and aromatic fruit characteristics of a Pinot Noir from this region before fermentation and barrel aging to produce a ripe and tangy wine with aromas of sour cherry and violets, with tertiary flavours of mushroom and forest floor lingering in the background, providing complexity to the wine alongside great length and structure. Pairs wonderfully with rich game dishes or stews.

The Brennan family first came to New Zealand from Ireland in 1877, and have been drawn to Central Otago for generations. In 1994, they planted some of the first vines in the Gibbston Valley -- one of the world's most southerly fine wine regions -- establishing a vineyard that would become synonymous with expressive, terroir-driven Pinot Noir.
