TASTING NOTES
This grappa is distilled according to the “Tosolini method” using only the freshest grape marcs from small batches and then ageing the distillate in the cellars of the Tosolini family.
Beautiful grappa from 3rd generation family firm Bepi Tosolini. Quality and freshness of grape pomace is key to Bepi Tosolini, who distill soon after pressing to extract the brightest aromatic flavours of the grapes. Grappa Cividina is a produced from a variety of local Friulian varietals and encases soft grape, peach and apricot notes in a crystalline body.
Grappa is the ultimate digestif, serve this along with an espresso after a meal as a Cafe Corretto.
