A 2021 vintage Txakoli Uno from Bat Gara, made predominantly with Hondarrabi Zuri, a grape variety native to Spain's Basque Country, with a small amount of Riesling. A crisp and refreshing white wine, it has notes of ripe apples, hazelnuts and apricots.
