TASTING NOTES
This wine has a lemon-gold colour and a fresh, young aroma, with hints of citrus and a subtle smoky touch, giving the wine some complexity. In the mouth it reveals good structure, with some minerality, freshness and a persistent finish.
The grapes were picked by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, immediately cooled in refrigeration chambers to avoid fermentation. After destemming and crushing, the grapes were transferred to a pneumatic press. The resulting must fermented for a short period in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Perfect for late summer afternoons and sunny Sunday lunches. Accompany with white meat, fish and seafood.
