TASTING NOTES
A citrus yellow coloured wine, with intense aromas of tropical fruits and some flowers such as roses and orange tree, smooth to the palate and extremely refreshing. Should be served chilled at around 12ºC.
Manually picked grapes in dry conditions. Average yield: 55 hl/ha
Total separation from stalk and crushing. Light pre controlled temperature fermentation.
