Mazuelo and Graciano, from colder regions, take center stage and set the pace for this wine. The result is floral, with fruit that ripens slowly. The Garnacha contributes delicate sweet notes, and in the background, a subtle hint of spice emerges, thanks to fine oak used sparingly.
TIHOM champions a Rioja with character, multivarietal, and free. A Rioja that moves away from homogeneity, that doesn't surrender to the tyranny of Tempranillo, and that shuns wines disguised by oak.
This wine removes Tempranillo from the spotlight to offer an honest, top-quality alternative with a distinct personality and a character unusual in the area.
