A delicate salmon hue. The nose is fresh and expressive, with notes of rose petal, red berries, and subtle hints of peach skin, lifted by light floral and herbal nuances. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and elegant, with refreshing acidity and layers of raspberry, strawberry, and a touch of grapefruit. It shows good volume, a balanced structure, and a long, refined finish.
Ideal with fresh goat cheese, salads with herbs and seeds, roasted chicken, vegetable dishes, pasta, seafood, or lightly spiced cuisine.
Hand-harvested from carefully selected parcels. After destemming, the grapes are gently crushed and softly pressed with minimal skin contact to preserve freshness and finesse. Fermentation and a short ageing period take place in stainless steel, enhancing purity and vibrancy.
