With a citrus color, Piano Classic Method Brut has a fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is fresh, with floral notes, green fruit and light toasted bread notes. In the mouth it is creamy, with freshness and lightness lent by a lively and balanced acidity. Elegant and aromatic finish.
The grapes were pressed very gently. The must obtained after a careful clarification was slowly fermented at a low temperature. The base wine follows for the second fermentation by the classic method of fermentation in bottle.
A perfect choice for ending a busy day, as an aperitif, a match for a cheesy starter, a Japanese diner or a fresh fruit dessert.
