Clean, bright wine with a ruby red colour. With fruity aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of sweet spices. In the mouth it is light and elegant, with good acidity and medium body. Round tannins and a long aftertaste.
After careful selection of grapes, the winemaking process was rolled out in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. 10% of the batch aged in used Port wine barrels. The wines are stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.
Ready to drink. Ideal for moments of jovial sharing of everyday life. It goes well with red meats and strong cheeses. For this wine, we imagine a delicious pasta al pomodoro covered in parmesan cheese.
