Foral de Évora Tinto shows a deep, youthful colour and an expressive, floral nose. The palate is generous and vibrant, with rich flavours of red berries, black cherry, and spice, underpinned by good concentration and a lively freshness that reflects the wine’s youth.
Grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness and gently brought to the winery, where fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures. The wine undergoes extended maceration before maturing for twelve months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, followed by a further four months ageing in bottle prior to release.
